Jordan represents clients on criminal matters including DUI, misdemeanor, and felony defense, driving while suspended, DMV implied consent hearings, possession and drug crimes, illegal searches and seizures, reckless driving or reckless endangerment charges, hit and run, domestic violence, harassment, restraining orders, resisting arrest and interfering with a police officer, theft and property crimes, disorderly conduct, and criminal record expungements.

Jordan provides legal services for both individuals and corporate entities to meet their needs. Jordan offers a variety of services for new and existing businesses, including entity formation, operating agreements, drafting contracts, bylaws, and a full suite of services for achieving federal and state tax exempt status and requirements at a competitive rate.
Jordan is a member of the Oregon State Bar. He is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. In 2011, Jordan graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law, and while he was in Law School worked with the Lane County Public Defender’s office representing clients. Prior to Law School, Jordan graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and English.
When not practicing law, Jordan is focused on his family, spending time with his wife and daughter. Some of his hobbies include backpacking, exploring the Oregon coast, and camping in wild areas. He also enjoys building and renovating things, whether it’s a chicken coop or a family home.
