Most criminal defense cases are handled on a flat fee basis. A criminal defense lawyer's fee is usually based on a few factors:

- The complexity of the incident in question;
- The number of charges;
- Whether you are being charged in municipal, circuit, or federal court.

Family Law and Divorce Lawyer Fees
Tullos Beckett LLC charges $200 for a consultation with one of our experienced attorneys for all civil matters which include divorce and custody cases.
Reasonable rates are key to our practice. We believe that top quality legal services should be available to everyone at prices which are not extravagant with a competitive flat fee and hourly rates.
For all civil matters, we charge between $275 and $300 per hour. When we accept a family law or divorce case, we require our client to pay a retainer. The amount of retainer will vary depending on the particular legal matter.
Your retainer will be held in our lawyer trust account until we have earned our fee. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
